Make Your Own Bento-Box Course
Japanese chef Köchin Kaoru Iriyama gave her first Bento lunchbox course at Berlin’s Popstahl showroom.
She taught a small circle of participants to prepare tamagojaki(Japanese style rolled omelette) and tofu isobel-teriyaki(tasty, juicy fried tofu in soy-ginger sauce). Together with cooked vegetables like broccoli and cocktail tomatoes along with grapes and other ingredients, the individual meal components were packed on rice in a lunchbox the participants brought with them. It was a great evening of fun and good spirits.
