Out now: the Genussführer Deutschland 2017/18

The guide follows the credo of Carlo Petrini, the founder of the Slow Food movement: Good food doesnt need to be expensive. But food is good only if it is clean and fresh. Food is to be seen in a social and cultural context, it is part of the own identity. Slow Food was founded in 1986 in Italy by the journalist and sociologist Petrini as a community for the preservation of the dining culture. Slow Food Deutschland exists since 1992 with meanwhile about 14.000 members in 85 local groups.

popstahl is commited to a variegated, regional and healthy cuisine. The popstahl modules out of 100 percent steel are being produced in Austria with water power and can be recycled completely. In the production no dissolver are being used. It is our contribution to sustainability.
